Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • food handling certification
  • physical ability to perform job tasks including lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, and standing for long periods
  • willingness to comply with company dress codes
  • ability to operate register or pos system
  • excellent communication skills
  • ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • customer service experience preferred

Job Qualifications

  • experience in customer service is beneficial
  • prior barista experience is not obligatory
  • experience in handling cash is desired
  • basic math skills and counting techniques
  • ability to operate autonomously with minimal supervision
  • english reading proficiency

Job Duties

  • effectively navigate a register/pos system to conduct transactions involving cash and credit cards in a precise manner
  • provide a warm welcome and support to customers, foreseeing their needs to ensure a pleasant experience
  • carry out the brand's specifications in the preparation and delivery of coffee, tea, and specialty drinks
  • fulfill the requirements of the establishment by preparing and presenting food items according to their standards
  • maintain the cash drawer's balance, record transactions on the cashier slip, and deposit money into the bank
  • stick to the cash handling policies and procedures outlined by aramark
  • install and dismantle coffee bar, workstations, or retail space in a way that promotes cleanliness and structured arrangement
  • keep the workspace tidy and hygienic by regularly cleaning and sanitizing equipment
  • maintain inventory of drink chillers, quick-grab snacks, serving tools, and flavor enhancers
  • observe all health and safety protocols during food and drink preparation to safeguard against potential risks and maintain cleanliness
  • be willing to handle any other tasks as mandated by managers
