Job Requirements

- Prior customer service experience preferred
- Food handling certification required
- Ability to follow safety and hygiene protocols

Job Duties
- Navigate register/POS system accurately for cash and credit transactions
- Provide warm and supportive customer service anticipating needs
- Prepare and deliver coffee, tea, and specialty drinks according to brand standards
- Prepare and present food items in line with establishment standards
- Maintain cash drawer balance, record transactions, and secure deposits
- Adhere to Aramark's cash handling policies and procedures
- Set up and dismantle coffee bar and workstations maintaining cleanliness and order
