This job opening is for a seasonal Barista position located at Battle Ground Academy in Franklin, TN. The role involves preparing and serving coffee and espresso drinks along with related food and beverage items following quality and safety standards including HACCP guidelines. The position operates on a seasonal schedule, Monday through Friday from 7:00 am to 4:00 pm, with further scheduling details discussed during the interview process. The pay rate for this role is a fixed $19.00 per hour. This position requires previous barista experience and offers perks such as free lunch, internal employee referral bonuses, free meals, uniforms, and laundering services at select locations.

As a Barista with FISD, the candidate will engage customers in a courteous and efficient manner while preparing beverages accurately using standardized recipes. The role also includes handling cash and card payments via POS devices, maintaining cleanliness, ensuring proper food preparation, replenishing supplies, and following HACCP food safety standards. The Barista will maintain presentation standards for food and beverages, manage workstation sanitation, and play an active role in supporting customer satisfaction and advocating sales techniques.
