The Capital One Cafe located at 1151 Galleria Boulevard, Suite 145, Roseville, CA, is currently hiring immediately for a seasonal Barista position. This opportunity offers a fixed pay rate of $20.00 per hour and provides a seasonal schedule, with days and hours that may vary, providing some flexibility. As a Barista at Capital One Cafe, you will play a vital role in delivering an exceptional customer experience by preparing and serving coffee, espresso drinks, and related food and beverages while adhering strictly to HACCP guidelines for food safety and quality. This position requires prior experience and dedication to uphold the high standards expected by Eurest and Compass Group. You will be responsible for accurately entering orders into the point-of-sale system, accepting payments, replenishing supplies, and maintaining a clean and orderly service area. The role demands a high level of attention to detail in food presentation, portion control, and serving temperature maintenance. Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Prepares espresso orders for customers and catering using standard measures and recipes
  • enters orders accurately into POS device
  • accepts cash and charge payments
  • replenishes condiments, beverages and general supplies while maintaining cleanliness of service area
  • ensures proper presentation, portion control and maintenance of proper serving temperatures
  • maintains sanitation and orderliness of all equipment, supplies and utensils
  • ensures proper food preparation by using approved recipes and following prescribed production standards
