Benefits for full-time employees include comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage, life and disability insurance, and flexible spending accounts. Additional perks comprise childcare discounts, commuter benefits, an employee assistance program, paid parental leave, educational assistance, and participation in a 401(k) plan and stock purchase plan. For applicants in Washington, the position also offers accrued paid sick leave and guaranteed holidays.
