Job Duties
- Complete closing duties including storing reusable goods and cleaning equipment
- break down goods and restock items
- lock refrigerators, turn off lights, and secure doors
- maintain cleanliness and presentation of china, glass, and silverware
- follow safety and security policies and report unsafe conditions
- welcome and acknowledge all guests professionally
- support team goals and respond to employee concerns
