The position involves completing all closing duties efficiently and thoroughly, ensuring the establishment is properly stocked, cleaned, and secured at the end of each day. Responsibilities include meticulous handling of reusable goods, equipment, and supplies, thorough cleaning of work areas, and strict adherence to safety and security protocols. This role requires a strong attention to detail, especially in inspecting cleanliness and presentation standards for items such as china, glassware, and silverware.
