Job Requirements

  • Barista experience required
  • ability to work Monday through Friday, 8:30 am to 4:30 pm
  • ability to handle cash transactions
  • maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards
  • comply with food safety and quality control standards
  • good interpersonal skills
  • ability to stand for extended periods

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • previous barista or foodservice experience
  • ability to operate POS systems
  • strong customer service skills
  • knowledge of HACCP food safety guidelines
  • excellent communication skills
  • ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties

  • Prepare espresso orders using standard recipes and measures
  • enter customer orders accurately into point of sale system
  • accept cash and charge payments
  • replenish condiments, beverages, and supplies
  • maintain cleanliness of service area and equipment
  • follow HACCP standards for food safety and portion control
  • greet customers courteously and ensure customer satisfaction
