Job Requirements
- Barista experience required
- ability to work Monday through Friday, 8:30 am to 4:30 pm
- ability to handle cash transactions
- maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards
- comply with food safety and quality control standards
- good interpersonal skills
- ability to stand for extended periods
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous barista or foodservice experience
- ability to operate POS systems
- strong customer service skills
- knowledge of HACCP food safety guidelines
- excellent communication skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Job Duties
- Prepare espresso orders using standard recipes and measures
- enter customer orders accurately into point of sale system
- accept cash and charge payments
- replenish condiments, beverages, and supplies
- maintain cleanliness of service area and equipment
- follow HACCP standards for food safety and portion control
- greet customers courteously and ensure customer satisfaction
