This inclusive and service-driven environment makes it a leading destination for those seeking relaxation and holistic wellness in a beautiful natural setting.

We are currently seeking a Barista to join our welcoming team who will play a vital role in enhancing the guest experience at our café. As a Barista at Ojo Santa Fe Spa Resort, you will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of hot and cold beverages, as well as light food items, ensuring that each guest receives prompt, friendly, and knowledgeable service. The Barista will be a crucial part of our front-of-house team, upholding high standards for health, safety, sanitation, and quality service. This position demands a proactive approach to guest service, a sense of teamwork, and an ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced setting.

The Barista position offers an ideal opportunity for individuals who are passionate about hospitality and eager to contribute to a positive and enriching environment. It involves regular interaction with guests, meaning excellent communication and interpersonal skills are key. The role also requires physical stamina to stand for extended periods and perform routine tasks such as lifting and bending. Flexibility to work weekdays, weekends, evenings, and holidays is necessary to meet the operational needs of the resort. At Ojo, employees enjoy a balanced work-life experience supported by meaningful benefits and wellness perks that promote both professional growth and personal well-being.

Our resort values diversity and inclusion; as an Equal Opportunity Employer, Ojo Spa Resorts is committed to creating an environment where all team members feel welcomed, supported, and valued. We additionally provide reasonable accommodations during the hiring process and for job functions to ensure all candidates can perform at their best.
