Job Requirements
- One or more years of experience
- Ability to work in an alcohol and smoking environment
- Ability to secure and maintain licensure as required by Louisiana Gaming Control Board or applicable regulatory entity
- Ability to stand for long periods without sitting or leaning
- Ability to bend, stoop and reach while assisting guests
- Ability to carry trash bags weighing up to 25 lbs

- Meet store operating policies and standards including providing quality beverages and food, cash handling and store safety and security
- Operating point of sales system skills
- Basic math skills including making change, issuing refunds and receipts
- Engage with and understand customers through clear and pleasant communication
- Prepare food and beverages to standard recipes or customized orders
- Available to perform many different store tasks during each shift
Job Duties
- Greet and serve hotel and casino guests with a positive and friendly attitude
- Act with integrity, honesty and knowledge promoting the culture, values and mission of Live! Casino & Hotel
- Maintain a calm demeanor during high volume or unusual events to ensure smooth store operation and set positive example
- Anticipate customer and store needs by evaluating environment and customer cues
- Communicate pertinent information to management to allow team response and create a welcoming environment
- Assist with new partner training by reinforcing successful performance and providing coaching
- Contribute to a positive team environment by monitoring morale and performance and reporting concerns
- Deliver exceptional customer service by engaging with customers, discovering and responding to their needs
- Follow operational policies including cash handling, safety and security measures
- Maintain clean and organized workspace
- Provide quality beverages and food products consistently, adhering to recipes and health guidelines
- Recognize and reinforce individual and team accomplishments using organizational methods
- Maintain regular and punctual attendance
