Job Duties
- Create exceptional beverages with precision and artistry following standard operating procedures
- respond to guest requests with urgency and warmth ensuring satisfaction
- maintain organized work areas and optimize workflow during peak hours
- handle cash transactions accurately and manage deposits
- perform pre- and post-shift responsibilities including stocking service stations
- represent the hotel with professionalism and enthusiasm maintaining high standards in appearance and interaction
- uphold cleanliness and stocking of the service environment
