Job Requirements

- Alcohol awareness card
- Ability to stand for entire shift
- Ability to lift, push, pull and carry up to 50 pounds occasionally
- Ability to stoop, bend, reach, twist, crouch, and squat
- Ability to work in environment with loud background noise
- Ability to listen and respond to visual and aural cues
Job Qualifications
- Excellent guest service skills
- Ability to follow drink recipes and correct preparation procedures
- Knowledge of federal, state, and local alcohol sales and safety laws
- Ability to maintain cleanliness and organization
- Proficiency with point of sale systems
- Ability to follow cleaning and maintenance schedules
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
Job Duties
- Make drinks and food items for guests
- Follow correct drink recipes and preparation procedures
- Comply with all federal, state, and local laws pertaining to alcohol sales and safety
- Assist with maintaining and stocking all supplies
- Put away food and beverage deliveries in correct areas
- Ensure all perishable items are correctly sealed and dated
- Maintain cleanliness and overall organization of the coffee shop
- Check expiration dates on all perishable products
- Operate point of sale system accurately
- Follow cleaning and maintenance schedule for ice cream machine
- Perform additional duties as requested by management
