The role of the Barista and Food Service Associate is integral to our operations. In addition, this position requires maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the entire coffee shop, including strict adherence to cleaning and maintenance schedules for equipment like the ice cream machine. The barista will assist in stocking supplies, checking expiration dates, and properly storing all perishable products. To excel, the candidate must demonstrate excellent customer service skills, be proficient with the point of sale (POS) system, and be able to work effectively in a lively environment.

Working in this role requires physical stamina as it involves standing for an entire shift and occasionally lifting up to 50 pounds.
