Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to stand for long periods
- Ability to lift up to 30 pounds occasionally
- Strong communication skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
Job Qualifications
- An outgoing and social personality with a passion for guest service
- Excellent communication and listening skills, with a positive, can-do attitude
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment while maintaining strong attention to detail and product quality
- Previous experience is a plus but not required
- Physical ability to stand for long periods and occasionally lift up to 30 pounds
Job Duties
- Deliver exceptional guest experiences by connecting with customers and preparing quality beverages and products
- Stay knowledgeable about menu items, seasonal specials, and preparation techniques while recommending menu options to customers
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, performing all cleaning, opening, and closing duties
- Process all payment methods accurately and efficiently
- Serve as an ambassador by maintaining a professional and polished personal appearance
- Perform other duties as assigned to ensure smooth operations
