Job Duties

  • Greet and check in guests and vendors with professionalism and warmth
  • Answer and route phone calls
  • Manage front desk inquiries
  • Prepare and serve a variety of beverages including hot/iced matcha, coffee brews, and teas
  • Serve pastries and light foods to staff and visitors throughout the day
  • Keep the coffee and beverage station clean, stocked, and organized
  • Assist with setting up and maintaining the reception area to reflect a clean and inviting space
  • Restock snacks, supplies, and utensils as needed
  • Support basic administrative tasks when needed
