Legends serves as the official hospitality partner for the stadium, overseeing the development and management of the food and beverage programs for concessions, suites, premium areas, and special food and beverage activations, including unique features like the beloved Pirate Ship. The primary barista role is a vital component of the hospitality services at Raymond James Stadium. Baristas are responsible for preparing and serving a wide variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, espresso, lattes, teas, and specialty drinks, all crafted to exacting standards. They play a key role in providing warm and professional guest interactions, fast and accurate service, and maintaining a clean and organized workstation. This position demands attention to detail, a focus on quality control, and the ability to manage inventory and maintain equipment to ensure smooth service operations. Working collaboratively with teammates and supervisors is essential, especially during peak event times, to maintain an exceptional guest experience.

Job Duties
- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages including coffee, espresso, lattes, teas, and specialty drinks to exact standards
- Greet guests with a warm, professional attitude and deliver quick, accurate service
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the barista station and surrounding service areas
- Monitor inventory levels and restock supplies such as syrups, cups, lids, and milk as needed
- Ensure all equipment is cleaned, maintained, and functioning properly
- Follow all food safety, sanitation, and Legends’ quality standards
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth operations during peak times
- Assist with setup and breakdown before and after events
- Perform other duties as assigned
