Job Requirements

minimum high school diploma or equivalent
previous barista or hospitality experience
excellent interpersonal skills
ability to stand for extended periods
flexible availability including weekends and holidays
attention to detail
ability to work under pressure

Job Qualifications

experience as a barista or in a customer service role
knowledge of coffee brewing techniques
strong communication skills
ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
passion for coffee and customer service
willingness to work collaboratively in a team
basic baking skills

Job Duties

provide first class service to customers
prepare handcrafted coffee drinks
bake cookies and other treats
ensure customer satisfaction with every interaction
maintain knowledge of coffee offerings and cafe products
support the cluster structure and collaborate with other stores
maintain cleanliness and organization of the workspace
