The barista position at The Belgrove Resort offers an exciting opportunity for individuals passionate about coffee artistry and customer service to thrive within a reputable hospitality environment. This role involves preparing and serving a variety of hot and cold specialty coffee beverages using espresso machines and other brewing equipment. The barista will interact directly with guests, taking orders, making menu recommendations, processing payments, and helping maintain the cleanliness and supply levels of the coffee station. This position requires availability to work weekends and holidays, reflecting the fast-paced and guest-focused nature of resort hospitality. Candidates with prior barista experience and a genuine passion for coffee will find this role both challenging and rewarding. Job Duties

  • Taking guest orders and making menu recommendations
  • Preparing and serving a wide variety of hot, cold, artisan and specialty beverages using espresso coffee machines
  • Receiving and processing guest payments
  • Ordering, receiving, and distributing essential stock supplies
  • Maintaining exceptional cleanliness standards across work areas and equipment
  • Serving food items such as muffins as needed
  • Performing opening and closing duties
