Job Requirements

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous customer service experience preferred
- ability to operate cash registers and point-of-sale systems
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- willingness to learn and develop barista skills
- basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
- aptitude for merchandising and product presentation
Job Duties
- Welcome customers cheerfully and help connect them with the right beverages and cafe items
- maintain attractive presentation and cleanliness of the cafe
- operate registers quickly and friendly
- unpack and stock deliveries effectively
- keep the bakery case and dining area tidy
- prepare food and drinks accurately using recipe guides and product information
- support the bookfloor team when needed
