This job opening is for a Barista position within a Barnes & Noble cafe. As a Barista, you will be a vital member of the team, responsible for crafting a positive customer experience while maintaining operational efficiency in the cafe. The ideal candidate will greet customers cheerfully, provide knowledgeable guidance on beverage and cafe offerings, and work collaboratively with colleagues to uphold the cafe's welcoming ambiance and high presentation standards.

Your role will encompass engaging with customers by answering their questions and ensuring they receive the right drinks and food items tailored to their preferences. You will also assist in maintaining the cleanliness and attractive presentation of the cafe, including tasks like stocking, organizing baked goods, tidying the dining area, and managing the cash register with speed and friendliness.

Career progression is encouraged through development of expertise and becoming proficient in cafe products, retail options, and promotional activities. Experienced Baristas are expected to advance to Senior Barista roles with additional responsibilities and growth opportunities.
