Job Requirements
- Maintain reliable and punctual attendance

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior experience in a customer service or café role is beneficial but not required
- Proficiency in using registers and other technology
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Positive and flexible attitude towards work and scheduling
- Willingness to learn and develop beverage preparation and merchandising skills
Job Duties
- Welcome customers cheerfully and helpfully
- Answer customer questions and connect them with suitable café items
- Unpack and stock deliveries efficiently
- Maintain the appearance and cleanliness of the café and bake case
- Operate registers quickly and professionally
- Prepare food and beverages accurately following recipes and guidelines
- Perform daily and weekly cleaning tasks to ensure café hygiene
- Support the bookfloor team when needed
- Follow loss prevention and de-escalation procedures
