Job Requirements

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in customer service or food and beverage service preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to learn and follow operational procedures
- Basic proficiency with technology such as registers and tablets
- Positive attitude and team player mentality
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
Job Duties
- Welcome customers cheerfully and assist with beverage and café item selection
- Prepare food and drinks accurately according to recipes and guidelines
- Operate registers efficiently to process customer transactions
- Maintain cleanliness and attractive presentation of the café area
- Support unpacking, receiving, and stocking of deliveries
- Follow food safety and sanitation standards including FIFO practices
- Collaborate with bookfloor team and apply loss prevention and de-escalation techniques
