Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous experience in a customer service or food service role is beneficial

Job Duties
- Welcome customers cheerfully and assist with beverage and cafe item selection
- operate registers quickly and professionally
- maintain cafe cleanliness including daily and weekly cleaning tasks
- stock and organize deliveries accurately using FIFO practices
- prepare food and drinks properly using recipe guides and product knowledge
- maintain visual merchandising standards on the cafe counter and retail fixtures
- support bookfloor team and store operations when needed
