Job Requirements
- Maintain reliable and punctual attendance for scheduled shifts

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous customer service experience desirable
- Ability to operate point-of-sale systems and related technology
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Job Duties
- Welcome customers cheerfully and assist with beverage and café item selections
- Operate registers quickly and accurately ensuring excellent customer service
- Unpack and stock deliveries efficiently
- Maintain attractive presentation and cleanliness of the café and display cases
- Prepare food and beverages accurately using recipes and product guides
- Follow FIFO practices and safety guidelines consistently
- Support bookstore team and assist with loss prevention and de-escalation procedures
