As a Barista at Barnes & Noble, you play a vital role within the Café team, acting as the friendly face that welcomes customers and delivers high-quality service. With experience, Baristas are encouraged to deepen their product knowledge, support sales promotions, and develop expertise in café retail options. The progression pathway leads from Barista to Senior Barista, where increased responsibilities and opportunities for growth are available.
