Job Requirements
- Maintain reliable and punctual attendance
- Be flexible to fill scheduling gaps including early mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in customer service or cafe environment is an asset
- Ability to learn and operate varied technology including registers and tablets
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Aptitude for merchandising and maintaining presentation
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
Job Duties
- Welcome customers in a cheerful and helpful manner
- Prepare beverages and cafe items accurately
- Operate registers efficiently and quickly
- Unpack and stock deliveries promptly
- Maintain cleanliness and attractive presentation of cafe and bake case
- Support bookfloor team as needed
- Follow loss prevention and de-escalation procedures
