- knowledge of café operations and safety practices desirable
Job Duties
- welcome customers in a cheerful and helpful manner
- prepare food and beverages accurately using recipe guides and product specifications
- operate registers quickly and efficiently
- maintain café cleanliness and attractive presentation
- unpack and stock deliveries properly
- use varied technology including tablets and registers
- support the bookstore team and store operations
- understand and follow loss prevention and de-escalation procedures
