Job Duties
- Welcome customers in a cheerful and helpful manner
- Answer customer questions and guide them to appropriate beverages and cafe items
- Maintain attractive cafe presentation and cleanliness
- Unpack and stock deliveries efficiently
- Operate cash registers quickly and accurately
- Prepare food and drinks according to company standards
- Support the bookfloor team when needed
