You are expected to adhere to First In First Out (FIFO) practices for product management and support loss prevention and de-escalation efforts as necessary.

This position requires physical stamina with prolonged standing, bending, lifting, and walking as routine parts of the workday. Flexibility is valuable, as Baristas may be asked to assist in other stores within the regional cluster.
