Job Duties
- Welcome customers in a cheerful and helpful manner
- answer customer questions and connect them with the right cafe items
- maintain attractive cafe presentation and cleanliness
- operate registers quickly and professionally
- unpack and stock deliveries accurately
- prepare food and drinks properly using recipes and guidelines
- perform daily and weekly cleaning tasks to maintain hygiene standards
- follow FIFO practices and date products consistently
- support bookfloor team when needed
- apply loss prevention and de-escalation techniques
