Job Requirements
- Maintain reliable and punctual attendance for scheduled shifts
- be flexible and responsive to store scheduling needs including weekends and holidays
- demonstrate positive and energetic approach to work

- physically able to perform prolonged standing, bending, lifting, and walking

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in customer service or food and beverage preparation preferred
- ability to use technology including registers and tablets
- strong merchandising and presentation skills
- good communication and interpersonal skills
- capable of working in a fast-paced environment
- willingness to learn and take on new tasks
Job Duties
- Welcome customers in a cheerful and helpful way
- answer customer questions and assist with beverage and cafe item selection
- maintain attractive cafe presentation and cleanliness
- operate registers quickly and professionally
- unpack and stock deliveries accurately
- tidy the bakes case and dining area
- support the bookfloor team and store operations as needed
