Job Requirements

Maintain reliable and punctual attendance

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Previous experience in a customer service or barista role is advantageous
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to learn and follow recipes and operational procedures
Capability to work effectively within a team
Positive attitude and eagerness to learn new skills
Basic computer literacy and comfort with technology

Job Duties

Welcome customers in a cheerful and helpful manner
Answer customer questions and assist them with beverage and café item selections
Prepare food and drinks accurately and efficiently following recipe guides
Operate registers and handle transactions quickly and professionally
Maintain cleanliness and attractive presentation of café and bakery displays
Unpack, stock deliveries and manage inventory accurately
Support loss prevention procedures and customer de-escalation techniques
