Job Requirements
- Maintain reliable and punctual attendance for scheduled shifts
- Be flexible and responsive to store scheduling needs including weekends and holidays
- Perform assigned tasks with purpose and energy

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a customer service or café role preferred
- Ability to learn and use café technology and registers efficiently
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills
Job Duties
- Welcome customers cheerfully and answer their questions
- Prepare and serve beverages and café items accurately
- Operate registers efficiently to provide quick service
- Maintain café cleanliness and presentation standards
- Unpack, stock deliveries and tidy the bakes case and dining area
- Follow food safety and hygiene guidelines including FIFO practices
- Support bookfloor team when required
- Demonstrate knowledge of café products and promotions
- Use technology and merchandising skills to maintain café operations
