Job Requirements

- 1+ years experience in customer service environment preferred
- Previous work experience as a Barista or server desirable
- Willingness to learn new innovative coffee techniques and equipment
- Attention to detail

Job Duties
- Maintains mission focus with an unwavering purpose to succeed in achieving company, store, and individual objectives
- Attention to detail when providing quality beverages, retail items, and food products while observing all standards pertaining to recipes, product quality, and health and safety
- Keeps a clean, setup, and organized workstation according to company standards and ensures all equipment is operational
- Takes the initiative to anticipate customer and store needs based on customer cues and environment
- Productively communicates with team and management, assists in new team member training and acclimation, and contributes to a positive team environment and store culture
- Acts with radical transparency, integrity, and commitment to promote company culture and mission
- Adheres to operational policies including cash handling, safety, and health regulations
- Celebrates team and individual achievements while reinforcing store morale and company culture
- Brings a customer-first attitude and maintains a calm demeanor at all times
