Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in a customer service or food service role preferred
  • Ability to stand for prolonged periods and perform physically demanding tasks

Job Duties

  • Work on the café floor including physical activity such as prolonged standing, repetitive bending, lifting, climbing, and operating espresso machines
  • Deliver the perfect beverage that exceeds customer expectations through engagement, rapport building, listening and fast service during tailored order creation
  • Make relevant beverage and food recommendations to ensure an engaging customer experience connecting them with products that meet their needs
  • Ensure the café is welcoming for all customers by maintaining stocked bake cases and neatly displayed merchandise
  • Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the café environment prioritizing all aspects of customer experience
  • Execute all operational standards correctly, timely, and in accordance with health, safety and café standards
  • Protect company assets by adhering to processes and efficiently controlling waste and shrink
  • Recognize and assist customers and employees urgently and carefully
