We are currently seeking a skilled and passionate barista to join our team at Canvas @ Valor Acres. This part-time position offers an hourly wage and focuses on delivering high-quality coffee and beverage service within a sophisticated environment. The ideal candidate will be someone who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused setting and is eager to contribute to a new and exciting venue in the Brecksville area. As a barista at Primer Coffee and Spirits, you will be responsible for crafting a wide variety of coffee and espresso drinks, assisting customers with friendly and knowledgeable service, and maintaining a clean and organized coffee bar. You will also play an important role in educating customers about various coffee blends and brewing methods, helping to foster a deeper appreciation for the craft.

This role requires a keen attention to detail, a passion for coffee culture, and the ability to operate espresso machines and related equipment with precision. Baristas at Primer must be adaptable, willing to learn new menu offerings and brewing techniques, and committed to upholding hygiene and sanitation standards. In addition to technical skills, exceptional communication and customer service abilities are essential, as interactions with guests form the core of the experience. Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends, is also necessary.
