Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Previous barista or customer service experience preferred
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
Strong communication skills
Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks
Commitment to learning and becoming Barista certified within 90 days
Friendly and energetic demeanor
Team player mentality

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in a customer service role preferred
Passion for coffee and eagerness to learn about coffee brewing and preparation
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work quickly and multitask in a fast-paced environment
Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
Ability to perform physical tasks required during shifts

Job Duties

Welcomes customers to store, engaging with them throughout their store experience
Determines customer needs by asking questions and sharing product knowledge
Demonstrates that customers come first by serving them with a sense of urgency
Provides consistent quality in the preparation of drinks and brewing of coffee and tea
Participates actively in training to learn new and promotional products
Maintains a clean and well-stocked store
Models Peet's culture and values while following company policies and procedures
