Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Prior experience in a customer-facing role
Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
Basic knowledge of coffee preparation preferred
Strong communication skills
Ability to handle fast-paced environment
Physical ability to stand for long periods

Job Qualifications

Specialty coffee experience is a plus
Reliable transportation with the ability to travel between locations
Availability for nights and weekends
Strong leadership, team-building, and problem-solving skills
Excellent organizational abilities and resourcefulness
Self-motivated with a willingness to take direction
Ability to stand for extended periods (~8 hours per shift)

Job Duties

Skillfully prepare specialty coffee, tea, and liquor beverages to Ascension standards
Deliver exceptional hospitality, ensuring the highest level of guest service
Maintain and troubleshoot coffee equipment, resolving basic issues
Continuously expand knowledge in specialty coffee, tea, alcohol, and hospitality
Receive and apply feedback effectively, demonstrating adaptability
Build strong interpersonal connections with team members of all skill levels
