We are currently seeking a Part-Time Barista to join our Food and Beverage Department at The Quail. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about coffee, guest service, and hospitality. As a Part-Time Barista, you will work alongside an amazing team in a highly regarded hotel, supporting the food and beverage operations by crafting a range of hot and cold beverages, including espresso, blended coffees, and teas. The position offers an excellent opportunity to learn and grow within a robust hospitality operation known for its quality and professionalism. The starting salary is $22.25 per hour, reflecting the value and expertise expected from our team members. You will be responsible for maintaining the coffee machines through regular preventive maintenance, ensuring every cup served meets high standards. The role also includes essential duties such as basic table service, ongoing food, wine, and service education provided by management to keep you informed and adept in your position. Job Requirements
- Must be able to work early mornings, Friday - Sunday and holiday shifts as needed
- Basic understanding of food and beverage, tourism and hospitality industry
- Serve Safe Certification preferred
- Ability to multitask and have great communication skills

Job Duties
- Prepare and serve beverages like coffee, blended coffees, espresso drinks, and teas whether hot or cold and all other drink orders requested by our guests
- Perform general and preventive maintenance on machines used for coffee making regularly
- Sell and serve food and beverage to guests in the Club's dining outlets
- Execute all duties as requested by immediate supervisors
- Understand and perform basic table service
- Responsible for ongoing food, wine and service education provided by management
