Job Requirements
- Customer service or barista experience required
- Ability to work part-time schedule including weekends
- Must be able to handle cash and POS transactions accurately
- Ability to maintain sanitation and safety standards
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Must comply with Florida Level 2 background screening if applicable

Job Duties
- Prepare espresso orders for customers and catering using standard measures and recipes
- Enter orders accurately into POS device
- accept cash and charge payments
- Replenish condiments, beverages and general supplies while maintaining cleanliness of service area
- Ensure proper presentation, portion control and maintenance of proper serving temperatures
- Follow HACCP standards
- Maintain sanitation and orderliness of all equipment, supplies and utensils
- Serve customers quickly and efficiently, preventing delays in serving lines
- Greet customers courteously and interact to ensure customer satisfaction
- Relay relevant customer concerns to supervisors
- Demonstrate a complete understanding of daily menu items and explain them accurately to customers
- Advocate selling techniques to assist in customer buying decisions
- Ensure all display foods are merchandised attractively per standards
- Serve food neatly and attractively per standard
- Perform other duties as assigned
