Located on the historic 110-acre Hollywood backlot, the Studio Tour invites visitors to discover the magic behind legendary productions such as Friends, The Big Bang Theory, Harry Potter, and the DC Universe. This immersive experience offers fans a close-up perspective of the sets, soundstages, and behind-the-scenes magic that have shaped the film and television industry for nearly a century.

The Barista position is an exciting entry-level role that involves delivering exceptional guest experiences at the Studio Tour’s cafes. Those selected will join an expert team of storytellers dedicated to enhancing visitor engagement through friendly interaction and quality food and beverage service. The ideal candidate is passionate about hospitality and enjoys working in a lively environment where fun and customer satisfaction come first. Responsibilities range from crafting and serving hot and cold beverages, including coffee, espresso drinks, teas, and blended coffees, to preparing and warming pre-made foods like sandwiches. In addition to serving guests, baristas are expected to assist with sales transactions, maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the retail space, and ensure the store visually represents the Warner Bros. brand with vibrancy and care.

Warner Bros. Discovery offers competitive compensation with a base pay starting at $21 per hour, supplemented by potential bonuses, incentives, and award programs. This role requires flexibility, with shifts scheduled throughout the week, between 6:30 a.m. and 6:30 p.m., Monday through Sunday, accommodating a range of availability.
