The Barista role at Warner Bros. Studio Tour Hollywood offers a unique opportunity to be a part of the magic behind one of the world’s most iconic entertainment venues. The Studio Tour invites guests to step behind the scenes of a working studio lot, experiencing first-hand how some of the greatest entertainment in history has been created. Visitors explore real sets and soundstages where famous productions like Friends, The Big Bang Theory, Harry Potter, and the DC Universe came to life across nearly 100 years on a sprawling 110-acre backlot. Complementing this immersive experience, WBD offers a variety of tour exhibits, retail stores, and a selection of cafes designed to enhance the guest visit.

As a Barista, you will join an expert team of storytellers dedicated to delivering an extraordinary guest experience with passion and enthusiasm. The role involves crafting and serving a variety of hot and cold beverages, from coffee and espresso drinks to blended coffees and teas, as well as preparing pre-prepared food items like sandwiches. Interaction with visitors is a key aspect, requiring assisting guests with purchases, answering their questions, and engaging to ensure a dynamic and high-touch Warner Bros. experience.

This role is perfect for individuals who enjoy a fast-paced, customer-focused environment and who take pride in maintaining a clean, hygienic, and visually appealing work area. You will collaborate closely with team members to uphold the cafe's presentation and contribute to an inviting atmosphere that embodies the excitement and creativity of Warner Bros. Discovery. The position requires working flexible shifts that may vary from early morning to early evening across all days of the week.

Compensation for this position is set at $21 per hour, with additional opportunities for annual bonuses and incentive programs. Warner Bros.
