Currently, Morrison Healthcare is hiring part-time Baristas to join their team at Premier Health located at 1 Wyoming Street, Dayton, OH 45409. This role is ideal for individuals with at least two years of previous barista experience who are passionate about delivering excellent customer service in a healthcare foodservice setting. The part-time schedule offers some flexibility with days and hours varying, making it suitable for those looking to balance work with other commitments. One of the perks of this position includes an employee meal plan, and the role offers a competitive fixed pay rate of $16.00 per hour.

As a Barista with Morrison Healthcare, your primary responsibility will be to prepare and serve coffee, espresso drinks, and related food and beverage items with precision and care. You will handle food following HACCP guidelines to ensure quality and safety in all food-service operations. Customer interaction is a key element of the role, requiring a friendly, courteous approach to satisfy and engage customers effectively. You will be responsible for accurate order entry using a POS device and managing cash and charge transactions with professionalism.

The role also involves maintaining the cleanliness and sanitation of your service area and equipment, ensuring all food and beverage items are presented attractively and served at appropriate temperatures. You will assist in inventory management by replenishing condiments, beverages, and supplies while adhering to food safety standards.
