This role is ideally suited for individuals with at least two years of hospitality or related experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, and fluency in English. Proficiency in coffee and tea preparation, as well as handling cash and credit transactions accurately, is essential. Four Seasons offers competitive compensation, including an hourly wage with tips and comprehensive benefits, especially for full-time employees. Benefits include health and vision insurance, holiday and vacation pay, employee discovery nights at Four Seasons properties worldwide, and additional perks such as parking discounts, a staff lounge with city views, and retirement plans.
