Unidine is currently seeking part-time Baristas for its Montereau location at 6800 South Granite Avenue, Tulsa, OK 74136. This role offers a flexible part-time schedule with evening shifts from 3:30 pm to 8:30 pm, with days varying and details provided during the interview process. Baristas at Unidine are essential members of the culinary team, responsible for preparing and serving coffee and espresso beverages alongside related food and beverage items. Job Duties

prepare espresso orders for customers and catering using standard measures and recipes
enter orders accurately into POS device
accept cash and charge payments
replenish condiments, beverages and general supplies while maintaining cleanliness of service area
ensure proper presentation, portion control and maintenance of proper serving temperatures
follow HACCP standards
maintain sanitation and orderliness of all equipment, supplies and utensils
follow approved recipes and production standards for proper food preparation
keep display equipment clean and free of debris during meal service
clean equipment and workstation thoroughly before leaving area
greet customers courteously and interact to ensure customer satisfaction
relay relevant concerns from customers to supervisors
serve customers quickly and efficiently to prevent delays in serving lines
demonstrate complete understanding of daily menu items and accurately explain them
advocate selling techniques by establishing good communication and assisting in buying decisions
ensure display foods are merchandised attractively per standards
serve food neatly and attractively
perform other duties as assigned
