The part-time Barista position at Eurest is located at Capital One, 15900 La Cantera Parkway, Suite 1560, San Antonio, TX 78256. This role offers a fixed pay rate of $16.00 per hour and primarily involves the closing shift with weekend availability required. Job Requirements

- Ability to work part-time including evenings and weekends

Job Duties
- Prepare espresso orders for customers and catering using standard measures and recipes
- Enter orders accurately into POS device
- accept cash and charge payments
- Replenish condiments, beverages, and general supplies while maintaining cleanliness of service area
- Ensure proper presentation, portion control and maintenance of proper serving temperatures
- Follow HACCP standards and maintain sanitation and orderliness of all equipment, supplies, and utensils
- Greet customers courteously and interact in a manner to ensure customer satisfaction
- Relay relevant concerns from customers to supervisors
- Serve customers quickly and efficiently, preventing delays in serving lines
- Explain daily menu items accurately to customers
- Serve as an advocate of selling techniques to customers by establishing good communication
- Ensure all display foods are merchandised attractively per standards
- Serve food neatly and attractively per standard
- Perform other duties as assigned
