Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous barista or relevant experience
- Ability to handle food according to HACCP guidelines
- Ability to operate POS systems
- Friendly and courteous demeanor
- Ability to maintain cleanliness and orderliness of work area
- Availability to work part-time Monday through Thursday

- Knowledge of HACCP food safety guidelines
Job Duties
- Prepare espresso orders for customers and catering using standard measures and recipes
- Enter orders accurately into POS device and accept cash and charge payments
- Replenish condiments, beverages and general supplies while maintaining cleanliness of service area
- Ensure proper presentation, portion control and maintenance of proper serving temperatures while following HACCP standards
- Maintain sanitation and orderliness of all equipment, supplies and utensils
- Greet customers courteously and ensure customer satisfaction
- Relay relevant concerns from customers to supervisors
