We are currently seeking passionate individuals to join our team as Baristas. This vital role contributes directly to the comfort and satisfaction of our guests by delivering the Starbucks Experience through timely service and exceptional quality beverages and food products. As a Barista, you will be the face of the coffee service in our resort cafes, responsible for creating a welcoming environment and ensuring every guest receives great tasting beverages made to the highest standards. You will engage warmly with visitors, consistently adhering to prescribed recipes and presentation standards to maintain quality.

The Barista position requires not only technical skills in beverage preparation and cash handling but also a dedication to cleanliness, organization, and maintaining health and safety standards in the workspace. The ideal candidate will have experience in customer service, possess or be willing to obtain a Health (Food Handlers) card, and be available 24/7 to meet the dynamic needs of the resort environment. Familiarity with Starbucks-style service is highly advantageous, as is knowledge of POS systems.
