Job Requirements
- 6+ months previous customer service experience
- Previous cash handling/credit card transactions experience
- 24/7 availability required
- Have or obtain a Health (Food Handlers) card upon offer for hire
Job Qualifications
- 6+ months previous customer service experience
- Previous cash handling and credit card transaction experience
- Have or obtain a Health (Food Handlers) card upon offer for hire
- Previous Starbucks Barista experience is advantageous
- Prior knowledge of a POS system is advantageous
Job Duties
- Ensure quality and service is at an outstanding level displaying warmth and friendliness to guests and owners
- Provide quality food and beverage products consistently by adhering to all recipe and presentation standards
- Follow health, safety and sanitation guidelines for all products
- Perform cashier functions, ringing up purchased items
- Ensure accuracy in balancing cash, credit card and room charge transactions
- Maintain condiment bar, coffee cadence and stock levels including cups, sleeves, ice, espresso beans, brewed coffee
- Manage café cleanliness by maintaining a clean and organized workspace and emptying garbage
- Deliver room service orders in a timely manner
