We are currently seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Baristas. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering the Starbucks Experience within our resort cafes, ensuring that customers receive timely service, quality beverages, and an overall friendly atmosphere. This position requires attention to detail, the ability to adhere to recipe and presentation standards consistently, and a dedication to maintaining exceptional health, safety, and sanitation guidelines. Baristas will also perform cashier functions, manage supply stock levels, and maintain cleanliness and organization in the production and service areas. Delivering room service orders efficiently and accurately is also a vital component of this role.
