We are currently seeking an experienced part-time Barista to join our team at the Northern Trust location in Chicago, IL, specifically at 50 South LaSalle. This role is scheduled from Tuesday through Thursday, 6:30 AM to 2:30 PM, offering a fixed pay rate of $17.25 per hour. The Barista position is essential in delivering exceptional coffee and beverage experiences, serving a variety of espresso-based drinks, and maintaining high-quality food service standards in compliance with HACCP guidelines. This role requires strong customer interaction skills, attention to detail in food and beverage preparation, and the ability to maintain a clean and organized service area. Key responsibilities include accurate order entry through POS systems, handling payments, replenishing supplies, ensuring food safety and presentation standards, cleaning equipment and workstations, and acting as a friendly and knowledgeable face for customers.
