We are currently seeking highly motivated individuals to join our team as hospitality associates. The hospitality associate is responsible for providing guests with prompt service, quality beverages and products, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment. This role requires a calm and composed demeanor even during busy or unusual situations, serving as a positive example for the team throughout each shift. Associates will anticipate customer and operational needs by actively observing their environment and guests. Effective communication with management and team members ensures that the operation runs smoothly and customer expectations are consistently met.

A significant part of the role involves delivering legendary customer service by putting customers first and engaging meaningfully with them to address their needs and preferences. Associates will adhere to all operational policies and procedures, including cash handling and safety measures to ensure a secure working environment for all partners. Maintaining an organized and clean workspace is crucial to guarantee that resources and products are readily accessible.

Consistent quality in beverage preparation and food products is a priority, and associates must follow all recipe and presentation standards. Health, safety, and sanitation guidelines are also strictly observed to ensure the wellbeing of both guests and staff. Regular and punctual attendance is essential, as the hospitality sector demands a flexible schedule which may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays.

Job Duties
