The hospitality associate is responsible for providing guests with prompt service, quality beverages and products, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment. Associates will anticipate customer and operational needs by actively observing their environment and guests. Effective communication with management and team members ensures that the operation runs smoothly and customer expectations are consistently met.
