Currently, Eurest is hiring for a part-time Barista position located at the Capital One Cafe at 1029 Lincoln Road, Miami Beach, FL. This role is vital in delivering exceptional coffee and beverage experiences to customers in a fast-paced cafe environment. Working part-time, the schedule includes Monday through Friday plus weekends with variable hours, ensuring flexibility to meet business needs and employee availability. The hourly pay range for this position is $16.00 to $16.50 per hour, reflecting Eurest’s commitment to competitive and fair wages for its team members.

The Barista’s core responsibility is to prepare and serve quality coffee, espresso drinks, and related food and beverage items in accordance with established recipes and HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point) food safety guidelines. The position demands a high level of customer service, requiring the Barista to engage warmly and courteously with customers while efficiently handling orders through a POS system, including cash and card payments. Maintaining cleanliness and orderliness of the service area and equipment is an essential part of the role, ensuring hygiene standards and proper food presentation standards are always met.
