Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- One year of retail or six months of specialty coffee experience
- Basic computer knowledge
- Ability to lift 25 pounds
- Willingness to work overtime, evenings and special events
- Positive attitude
- Detail oriented
- Ability to work cooperatively with others
- Ability to stand for extended periods

Job Duties
- Prepares and presents food and beverages according to established recipe and presentation standards
- Provides service to the customers in a positive, friendly, helpful manner
- Runs a register, other devices and credit card machine accurately, following all cash handling procedures
- Ensures accurate accounting of all transactions, collections and disbursements during work shift
- Follows current trends in the coffee business and makes operations suggestions
- Assists in menu development
- Assists with special events as assigned
- Assists with product management including ordering and inventory of stock
