Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to work Sunday through Thursday 2pm to 10pm
- Food and beverage experience preferred but not required
- Customer service focused
- Ability to take direction and collaborate
- Ability to work in a high-energy environment
- Knowledge of math for cash handling
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to work unsupervised
- ServSafe certification preferred
- Ability to lift 25 lbs
- Ability to stand for long periods and work in varying temperatures
Job Qualifications

- ServSafe certification preferred

Job Duties
- Provide courteous and friendly service with a smile
- Greet and acknowledge guests promptly
- Prepare and present coffee, tea, and espresso drinks according to recipes and standards
- Operate and clean coffee-making equipment
- Accurately handle cash and process payments using point-of-sale systems
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment free of safety hazards
- Assist in training new team members
- Resolve guest issues and ensure satisfaction
- Support other restaurant areas as needed
- Comply with local and federal food safety laws and regulations
